I am Jenn Pittman

Public Health Educator | Certified Health Coach | Advocate for Stress-Management & Mental Wellness

I’m a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and Certified Health Coach (CHC) with a background in Biology and Public Health.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and my Master of Public Health (MPH) from Walden University.

My career is devoted to helping individuals and communities better understand stress and develop practical, evidence-based ways to manage it. Through this work, I’ve seen how education, prevention, and compassion can transform how people care for their health and well-being.

I founded JP Health Education to make public health personal, bridging the gap between knowledge and daily practice.

Through JP Health Education, I provide:

Health Education - presentations and workshops that teach stress management and wellness strategies.

Prevention Services - health coaching and behavior-change support that prevent distress and build resilience.

Community Initiatives - programs like Let Mama Live - where mothers learn to manage stress and rebuild balance through self-care practices guided by the MAMA Method - Meditation, Affirmation, Mindfulness, and Appreciation.

The vision of JP Health Education is simple: for women, and every person we reach, to make mental health a daily priority by managing stress with understanding, empathy, and evidence-based practice.

Each initiative and program I design focuses on the seven areas of wellness that support a balanced life:

  • mental/emotional wellness

  • physical wellness

  • spiritual wellness

  • social wellness

  • occupational/intellectual wellness

  • environmental wellness

  • financial wellness
